chromogranin and serotonin

I am a 33 years old female. I have suffered the last 6 months of anorexia and weight loss (11Kg) with right side abdominal pain, fatigue, and stress.  My physician have ask for CBC, fritten, B12, CRP, Chromogranin A and Serotonin. Results came as follow: Frittin was 3, B12 was low, CRP was little high 10, CBC hemoglobin was 10,  Chromogranin A was normal, Serotonin was slightly high not much, Abdominal scan normal.

what dose this mean?

It means you have been in a starvation state and are very likely iron deficient.
