chronic gallbladder disease? worse? physical exam next week...

Male, 44, non-smoker, 6'3'', 200 lbs. Good shape. Last complete physical exam 1 yr ago--excellent results. CBC June 2008 unrelated--excellent results. Past 2 months experiencing indigestion, stomach cramping, excess gas, occasional discomfort upper middle and upper left abdomen. Occasional nausea for three days. No vomiting. Occasional pain mid/left back several inches below left shoulder blade. Occasional pain upper right abdomen--not as frequent as left upper abdomen. Occasional pain near left shoulder blade upon swallowing. Just not feeling my best...Am seeing personal physician for annual physical exam next week. Is this gastro? Worried especially about pain upon swallowing--perhaps muscular? Thanks for any soothing words...or not...:)

left back,left chest/abdomin does not sound like gullbladder (gallbladder) issue,usualy manafests on the right side.
possible GERD...this is defanently gastro!!
do you notice this more with any kinda foods or food groups?
do you drink alcohol and notice this,caffiene?
