I hope someone will talk to you about "gastritis", which I am not an expert about.

When people experience "Nausea", it means they feel like they may "throw up" (vomit). They would say they feel "nauseous", or, also they would say they feel "nauseated".

See a good NUTRITIONIST, recommended by your doctor!

Sincerely,
Concerned lady

I do not have an answer for you, but I do experience similar feelings. I have an appointment in December to see a gerd specialist. (My doctore thinks that is my problem)
I get the same dizzy feelings you get, and recently I started getting the pressure in my nose that I know is not sinus. Sometimes I even get this passing out feeling only I know I will not pass out all the way I just feel extremely weak.
I think my doctor thinks some of this is in my head but I keep on pushing because I need answers. So, you are not alone and I too have no answers yet. Hope you get your answers soon.
