chronic painless diarrhea

I started to have liquid stools about 4 years ago. I think it was more or less at the same time I got allergic rinitis, but I'm not sure. I mostly had normal stools, but the liquid ones became more and more usual. I didn't turn to the doctor, because nothing disturbed me, I took 1 or 2 pills of Linex probiotic which seemed to help, but I'm still not sure because maybe I simply had sometimes normal stools sometimes not. Liquid stools began to replace normal ones, I constantly lost weight despite eating a lot. I now have almost only liquid stools, with very rare normal ones. My dearrhea is totally painless, mostly in the morning, from 1 to 3 times a day, with pieces of indigested food. No change in diet helps. Nothing disturbs me, except a constant loss of weigh and a strong appetite, despite eating healthy food, rich in vitamins, fiber and proteins 5-6 times a day .
2 years ago I got preagnant and I carried a baby, who was born healthy. Though I don't actually remember whether I had diarrhea while being preagnant, but I definitely wasn't having constipation. I don't remember either whether I was having this problem during the first months after giving birth, because I was too busy with my baby, but after 3 or 4 months I started to notice to have these porridge-like floating stools, I started to loose weight rapidly and I had often stomatitis. Now, one year after giving birth I have no more stomatitis, but I continue to loose weight.
The treatments I got were 1) probiotics (for 7days) 2) antihistamins (for 3days) 3) loperamide (4mg a day, I couldn't take more beacause I was breastfeeding, it didn't help at all, the stools were rare but still liquid) 4) nifuroxaside (for 4 days), 5) creon, I saw no changes in my stools, except may be when I was taking probiotics with loperamide, but after finishing to take probiotics, loperamide stopped helping me. I had an enterovirus 2-3 weeks after giving birth with abdominal pain, fever and frequent watery stools, but I don't know if my chronic diarrhea is related to the entervirus, because I had liquid stools long before, though I'm sure I sometimes had enteroviruses before. I have gases and tummy rumbling in the evenings.
Exams taken: 1) ultrasound of the liver, spleen, pancreas, gall bladder - no pathology revealed
2) coprology - proteins, starch, digestible fiber are  present  in a moderate amount, acid reaction, iodophilic flora is present in moderate ammoun.t

it could be 2 problems, one is colitis, which you need to do colonoscopy with biopsy to diagnose, another is pancreatic problem, like mass. which you need to do MRI to diagnose that, ultrasound is not sensitive to this kind of problem. hopefully, it will help.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hi there!

Well, without a detailed clinical evaluation it would be difficult to determine the cause of your symptoms. Possible causes that may need to be considered include dietary causes, excessive fluid intake, chronic GI infections/ inflammations, GI motility issues, hormonal/ endocrine imbalance, medication side effect, stress/ anxiety etc. I would suggest considering a detailed evaluation by an internist or a gastroenterologist at this time. After a specific cause is identified, a management plan can be drafted accordingly.
Hope this is helpful.

Take care!
