chronic pancrease

I am Atit from india i have problem of gas formation due to increase in size of pancrease.
Doctor has advised me following medicines for a period of one month.
1. creon 10000 (Pancroeatin Minimicrospheres)
2. Pantadoc DSR
Doctor has suggest me take these medicine for one month, your disease will in control, but will not cure for life , he says you no other way to cure it.
Pls suggest me is there any operation or other way to cure it completelly.
