chronic pancreatitus(pancreatitis)

by kspur, Apr 18, 2009 09:47PM
My husband had acute pancreatitus (pancreatitis) in Feb. He doesn't drink alcohol, but had lots of gallstones. So they took out his gallbladder. We thought that was the end of it. But, this past week, he has been sick with the same progression of symptoms he had when he had the acute pancreatitus (pancreatitis), but they were less severe. He refused to go to the doctor, because he is out of work & we have huge medical bills. Can anyone please tell me what chronic pancreatitus (pancreatitis) is like?
