hi, I dont know what you true intention is behind doing a colon cleanse.
I tried the Ultimate Cleanse from GNC, I find it good.
I use it to release bloated feeling.

you need to drink a lot of water.

so far i find that the most effective one so far.

This is all a gimmick. The only time you need to cleanse the colon is for certain tests.
