clear rectal discharge, need help!

For the last month I have experienced rather constant rectal itching, I didn't think much of it as I have had a history of anal fissures due to constipation which has caused discomfort and itching. Also, my family has a history of hemorrhoids and I have had symptoms throughout my life that are indicative of hemorrhoids as well. I should add that I am a 22 year old healthy male. Over the last month, though, I have noticed 4 or 5 occasions where my rectum will emit a clear somewhat watery discharge after I itch my rectum. I don't notice any mucus particularly around my stool but as I said, I have had multiple instances of this clear discharge following itching of my rectum. I have been tested for STD's at the appropriate time frames and all tests were negative. I guess my questions are, is discharge of this nature something that can happen with hemorrhoids? If not, is there a condition that my symptoms might indicate that I have? Are these symptoms indicative of an STD? Is this something I need to get checked out? Any help you could provide would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

from what i can tell on other peoples comments, it's something like pinworm.  right now i'm looking for stuff on tissuey excretion - i know 4oz enema bottles with warm water and vinegar help the tissuey thing, maybe you can try it.  others say Vermox prescription is good but hard on the liver and hard to find a doc to prescribe it.  i tried it and it works great but i'm not diagnosed - it got rid of lots of tiny skin/eye flukes, etc.  for the constipation, i do herbal cleansing and colinics; i was so crippled with it years ago i couldn't stand straight - now i feel great.
