Dear Ramazan,
I believe that you are asking 2 questions.
1) What antibiotics cause Clostridium difficile infection?  Almost all antibiotics can cause Clostridium difficile infection.  There is no way to know before starting antibiotics whether Clostrridium difficile infection will superimpose and cause diarrhea.

2)m How does one treat Clostridium fdiffile infection?  Most infections respond to treatment with metronidazole (Flagyl) or oral vancomycin.  Cure is obtained in approximatelt 85% of cases.  Treatment with the other antibiotic is used if there is recurrent infection or failure to cure the first infection.  Some patients will fail treatment with both antibiotics.  then we have used either higher doses and lionger duration therapy or other antibiotics.
