colitis ulcerative

Hey,

I'm a little worried. 2 month and a half, i have been diagnosed with moderate colitis. only this week, i have not blood in the toilet and dont feel like a want to go to the toilet 8 times a week. No i notice the color of my stool and it is yelow. I have no abdominal pain. A little bit of blood but its getting better with the meds (Mezavant) im taking. I did all the test today but im waiting for the results but i'm really nurvous...
If someone had the same thing or know something, let me know,

There's no known cure for ulcerative colitis, but therapies are available that may dramatically reduce the signs and symptoms of ulcerative colitis and even bring about a long-term remission. Organizations such as the Crohn's & Colitis Foundation of America have chapters across the country to provide information and access to support groups. You can check with your doctor and join these groups. Regards.
