colon bleeding

my question,is when going to the restroom,when pooping is it normal to bleed  and not pooping very much.

I agree with boron.  Get some medical advice and unless the cause of your bleeding is positively identified as a minor cause (i.e. anal fissure or haemorrhoids etc) then insist on a colonoscopy.  This test should (hopefully) provide the maximum reassurance. The more sinister causes such as cancer tend to occur only at age ~40+.

Blleding from intestine is NEVER normal. Blood may come from hemorrhoids (most common cause), from inflammation or from cancer.
