Okay so I presume no bowel changes?
The pain could be caused by constipation.
And if you have mucus like stools, or "oil droplets" looking things in the water with the pains being in that area then I would think bowel obstruction.

Thats your only symptom is pain and peeing a lot. I notice I pee a lot now too from my pancreatitis, i wonder if your body just thrives from the water faster cause your sick.

It could be 1. Bowel Obstruction 2. Constipation 3. some sort of bowel disorder or sydrom like IBS or IBD being IBS-Irritable Bowel Syndrom or IBD- Irritable Bowel Disease.
There has to be more symptoms to go off of, you haven't noticed a difference in your bowels at all?
It could also be an allergy reaction.

It isn't dumb one bit, and my guess is they would check for bowel obstruction and blood tests.
Have you noticed something different with your bowels?
Any light headedness?
A lot of things have pain
