Tags: confused, help, please help, hurts, bad, lower, please. :(, Lost, what to do

My lower stomic and at the begging of my ribbs hurt realy bad. i havent gain or lost weigt, my appite hasnt changed. I dont know whats wrong or what to do about it? Please help!

Is this on your left side? Could be ulcer.

Is this on your right side? Could be gall stones.
