constant hunger pains

I'm 34. recently I started having hunger pains...even after I eat a huge meal. I know I'll be full and my stomach will be bloated but my stomach is still growling like and feels like I'm hungry. I weigh average for my body. anyone know what this could be?

I know exactly how you feel! I looked up the symptoms and it sounds like it could be a stomach ulcer. I was trying to find out for sure by asking on here but have yet to hear back from anyone. I hope you find out something soon!

no matter how much i eat i too cannot stop the hunger and the more i eat the hungrier i get so how does one solve that problem?  anyways, check out things like hypoglycemia, diabetes, things pertainging to the digestive tract.  it's been so many yrs. for me i cannot count how many yrs. of ravonous hunger.  not a pound overweight either.  but my tummy looks like the Budda!  i asked the gastroenternologist and all he said was to drink water but i can't drink anymore because i get so bloated but so hungry yet!  i feel like a swimming pool with HUNGER!  also try those not so good for you drugs like Prilosec because IF yours is from an ulcer, that may help but be sure to get off of it ASAP like maybe 6-8 weeks at most!  they are not healthy for you!  you might try something from a health food store like Licorice for the tummy.  hope this helps someone!
