i haven't seen a doctor but for awhile now I've only gone to the bathroom maybe 3-5 times a week, someone told me i should be going at least twice a day. Should i be worried that i only go that many times a week?

EVEN ME I GO TO THE B'ROOM 5-6 TIMES WEEKLY, IN OTHER WORLD ONCE IN A DAY EXCEPT ONCE OR TWICE IN A WEEK THAT I DON'T GO AT ALL THROUGHOUT THE DAY. MOST OF MY FRIENDS' SYSTEM FUNCTIONS THIS WAY. I FEEL HEALTHY STRONG AND FIT (HONESTLY SPEAKING) I PASS MODERATE OR (EVEN) LARGE AMOUNT OF, SOFT LIKE A TOOTHPASTE, STOOL WITH NO EFFORT (THANK GOD).
ABOUT HOW OFTEN YOU SHOULD EVACUATE IT VARIES INDIVIDUALLY, IT DEPENDS ON THE HUMAN CONSTRUCTION, COLON LENGTH (THOSE THING A DOCTOR TOLD ME), AND OF COURSE YOUR FOOD CONSUMPTION. THE DAYS I DON'T EVACUATE IS WHEN I DON'T EAT (FASTING), OR I LUNCH IN FAST FOOD (OCCASIONALLY), OR I EAT O N L Y CARB BASED FOOD FOR LUNCH OR ONLY A SALAD. IF YOU FEEL FIT IT MEANS THAT IS JUST THE WAY YOUR SYSTEM WORKS AND NOTHING MORE....

If it is not causing dicomfort then i would not worry to much. if you feel like you should be going to the bathroom more often then add some fiber to your diet.
