continuous flatulence all the time

I am 23, male, India. I am having this problem since my birth and still looking for solution.

I release gas all the time ( 24*7 ) whether I eat something or starve.  I don't smell it but people around me always cover their nose when they are near to me . I have this problem since my birth but got to know in school when my friends and people started making fun of me all the time .

I went to gastroenterologist to find the actual problem . My reports detail are as follows :

Endoscopy : Patulous Les. ( Normal)
Colonoscopy : Normal Study
Ultrasonography : Normal Whole Abdomen Study
Computerized Tomography (CT ) Scan : Normal study of abdomen and pelvis

All these reports are normal but I still feel problem in digesting food and having continuous flatulence  . Doctor is saying it is nothing and need not to worry. I want to ask is it a disease that comes from birth and cannot be cured . What it is actually ? Also I feel severe bloating when I wake up in morning . That means I don't pass gas when I am in sleep  . What is the reason for it . Maybe your answer can help me in this problem . Please help me .

THANKS IN ADVANCE

Hi there!

Well, without a detailed clinical evaluation it would be difficult to determine the cause of your symptoms. Flatulence could occur due to stress, aerophagia, gastroesophageal reflux, malabsorption syndromes,  lactose intolerance, GI infections/ parasitic infestations, increased dietary intake of oligosaccharides, dairy products beans, lentils, onions, garlic, scallions, leeks, turnips, rutabagas, radishes, sweet potatoes, potatoes, cashews, oats, wheat, cauliflower, broccoli, cabbage etc. You could start by making changes in your diet. If this does not seem to help, I would suggest consulting a gastroenterologist for an accurate diagnosis and appropriate management.
Hope this helps.

Take care!
