could this be carcinoid and why?

I have had many test incld CGA  this test came back high each time as well as 5hiaa and blood serotonin although at one time for many years I was on PPI's they think this could have affected the CGA test. REF range was 0-200 mine was 2430 would a PPI increase it this much? have flushing diarreha joint pain racing heart now they are hearing extra beats this is NEW. haven't slept in months..years had a sleep study woke 137 times no apnea no restless legs no rem  was on esterdoil for 3 years did not control symptoms estrogen came back at 56 but after three years came back at 20 I am post menopausel, they have injected me pills creams rings and patches cannot get estrogen to rise???? mostly dry flush but when really hits sweating. Having ostreoscan done how accurate is this? worried if they find nothing I would have exhausted all my resources. I cannot live without sleep no meds have helped almost as not metabolizing them anylonger, endo did scope poylps in stomach, some results:
hemocrit elevated
erythrocytes elevated
leukocytes elevated
netruophils elevated
gastric and fundic mucosa mild inflimation (onn ppis for this)
active inflimation if gastric avoclor
squamos and gastric type mucosa and reactive changes
patchy lymphoid aggreates noted

any help or other direction would be great oh and also a 1cm adreanel mass no pheno tests were positive
