Would it be possible to have a tumor that would be trying to grow  would cause this type of bruising?  I have gained a lot of weight and I feel extremely tired all of the time.  Also I tried to give blood for the most recent blood drive and I was anemic.  According to most people a woman over 60 years of age should not be experiencing this condition.

I guess what I am trying to say is: Would a growth cause cramping and then leave the bruises.

Jerry, if you're brusing you need to see the doc and get some tests done. No amount of cramping that I know of in the intestinal tract should leave bruises on the skin. There is an enormous amount of fat and connective tissues between the intestinal tract and the overlying skin.
