crohns or stomach cancer?

hi ill try to make this short. 25 yrs old had stomach problems for five years. upper center stomach is tender to touch it is very painful. bloat bad sometimes wear maternity clothes. usually after i eat and at night it had dull achy cramps, never sharp pain. blood in stool that is bright red and is becoming more noticable. nausea without vomiting. fever lowgrade latley its been ongoing for a month now. white blood cells r slightly elevated. usually have diahreah but do get constipation its never the same. i only have blood in my stool when i have loose stools or diareah. my hairs been falling out really bad latly. also iv had three pregnancies and with all three pregnancies iv felt great no pains except tender abdomen. im finally gonna get a gi done in two months. but i was needing some help so i could do some research before i go to the gi doctor. could this be stomach cancer, crohns, or what? not on any meds dont drin. was taking prilosec but after a few months of not orking i quit taking it. also am always tired
