cronic giadiasis

how do I cure giadiasis, have used tinizadole twice (500mg each dose) in the past week, but still have symptoms

chronic giardiasis for 2 years with all symptoms,esp. rectal irritation and diahrrea,cysts seen in stool-2/3 times,other bacterial infections like citrobacter,etc noted with fever twice,treated with antiprotozoals-tinidazole/cefixime/satrogyl etc. and antibiotics 2/3 times for 10/15 days.Vitamin B12 deficiency resulting in nervous twiches and chills noted.Symptoms still continue what to do??although improved and lessened with time.all tests normal,ct-abdomen,esr,haemogram,etc normal.colonoscopy not yet done.
