There are many different kinds of cysts that can form on ovaries, and for many different reasons. The most commonCommon cold cysts form as a result of an egg not completely rupturing as it's supposed to. Most of them will ruptureAortic rupture, chest x-ray Ruptured eardrum Tracheal/bronchial rupture on their own, either by slowly leaking or going all at once, and it can be very painfulPainful menstrual periods when that happens. Short-lived pain, but sometimes pretty extreme. If the cyst persists and grows larger over several months, your gynecologist may want to remove or drain it surgically. Sometimes going on the birth controlControl Control rx pill can make them shrink and go away. In any case, you're probably looking at a few months of monitoring and waiting. Is the cyst causing you pain or other problems right now, or was it found by "accident" during a routineRoutine sputum culture exam?
i had an ultrasound done... and they found a cyst. i had a lumpLumps in the breasts appear and disappear on my right pelvic area. not sure if this is any cause but i know i get really tired even after i just wake up from a nap or so.. i fall back asleep right after. i feel dizzy at times.. and slight headache.. sometimes in the right pelvic area i feel a small pain every now and then
i have a cyst that is told to be cystic/solid with multiple locations. and is composed of anechoic fluid contents. i had a color flow doppler studies done, doppler studies are suggestive of a benign mass. RI=0.56.
so what is the most prefered route to go.. one was like taking a c-section. any others?
Some cysts they just leave there, as long as it's not pushing against something or causing health problems. There are also ways of reducing their size through a medical protocol of some kind. Just a layperson's opinion, but your symptoms sound a little bit like, worst-case scenario, you may be bleeding on account of your cysts, or lesser-case could be your symptoms are unrelated. My own very personal opinion, if I discovered such cysts, even though they are common, I would not tolerate it and I would want them outta there with surgery. So, that's my two cents. GG
