dark color stool or feces

i been having stomach pains for a while. but when dont i! anyways, i recently started pooping dark colored stool(****,poop)its not completely black but it is dark. its been going on for about 4 days or so and i am very concerned. i feel like i constantly need to go (poop) but i really dont need to. its not diarrhea and looks normal. its just the color and the stomach pains thats the issue. the pains arent great but theyre there. but im most concerned about the color. again the color is a dark color almost black. please help. thank you!

You need to go see your doctor. Black or very dark colored stools should always be evaluated.
