I hope you talked to a doctor about the potassium supplement because Potassium is involved in nerve signaling and an excessive amount could therefore be linked to a muscle spasm such as yours in the diaphragm. If a doctor told you to take it then I'm sure that is not the cause, but you may want to tell them about your new symptoms.
hi, yes it is a symptom of going cold turkey, stop the potassium supplement for a little while and get on a strict gerd diet, your body needs time to rid itself of the drugs, drink water before and after each meal, carrot juice is also recommened, ease up on breads and cakes, stop the coffee and chocolates, icecream, sweets and fizzy drinks, i know its a hard ask but hey it beats being sick everyday, lastly excersize lighty every few days, let me know how you go.
