3 months after my sigmoidectomy , i have had a severe diarrhea that lasted for a long while, and is still from time to another, not as severe as the mentionned period.i drastically changed my food, like much less sweet stuff, more rice, and less quantity . How can i live a normalNormal saline flush life like before? nb:i alway have gases.with this diet i feel much better but not like before.
my question:
Y did the diarrhea attack me after 3 months and not immediately?what remedies can i undergo?
Hi - you might find that your motions can be "thickened up" by eating more fibre. I found that a home made muesli (oats and bran soaked in milk to which grated fruit, nuts etc has been added) helped as well as pulverised fresh fruit and pulverised fresh raw vegetables. Also wholemeal organic bread - also yoghurt to which bran has been added.
I likened it to throwing sawdust onto a liquid spillage on the kitchen floor so as to de-liquify the spillage.
Also you should drink ~2 litres of water per day.
Maybe this will hepl...
Good luck
