I wonder if you are having an epidemic with the following symptoms: diarrhea, nausea or vomiting, fever ... and how to treat if the symptoms  persist. Should I go to emergency room?

Drink plenty of water, as dehydration will make you feel worse, there has been many outbreaks this year of gastroenteritis.Yes if you do feel bad the ER is a good thing ..hope you feel better soon, dont try to eat just drink .
