is there a prescribed diet for Barretts esophagus.
if so hat is it?

Aside from acid suppression therapy (PPI's), you should be following a GERD diet, strictly. You may also want to start eating, regularly, black raspberries, which have been shown to reduce progression to esophageal cancer in people with Barrett's esophagus.
