difficult to resolve malabsorption

I have been sick for many years, only recentley diagnosed with a malabsorption syndrome, which in turn is causing secondary hyperparathyroidism.IMy hyperparathyroidism  normalizes on mega doses 0f calcium carbonate and vitamin d , etiology of malabsorption is still unclear.I have undergone many  diagnostic tests,c.t scan, small bowel biopsy,colonoscopy,pill-cam,double balloon enteroscopy, still unexplained malabsorption,ct scan did show  a small gallbladder polyp, and ultrasound showe 3 small gallstones, also 72 hour fecal fat showed elevated fat levels,I would appreciate any suggestions,in regards to this rather  long and frustrating ordeal
