digestive problems

my problem is everytime after i eat pork,any red meat i feel full for a very long time like i never digest what ive eaten, it really doesnt feel good its almost as if it feels stuck in my intestines, i bought digestive enzymes supplements im wondering will that help or is it something worth seeing a physician about?

the digestive enzymes is a good idea..worth trying.  Are you having any abdominal pains?  Nausea?  Hows the stools (not to get gross on you..)

there are some food allergies that can cause problems or maybe even gastroparesis (slow emptying of the stomach) and there's a test called a gastric emptying test that's usually done..

I'd give the digestive enzymes a try for sure..if you do go to a doctor..maybe a GI specialist would be better to see than a normal doctor.
