dilated common bile duct

went for an ultrasound of gallbladder last week and doc called today to say that common bile duct was dilated and there was some prominence top of the pancreas.  It was a full abdominal ultra sound and she said all the organs looked good.  She didn't seem concerned, but said the radiologist was suggesting a cat scan....so will be doing one in a week.  She said this was a normal follow up for this and believed that I probably passed a gall stone and that the top of the pancreas was probably inflammed.  any thoughts
