discomfort bloat pain upper left siderib cage

iam 35 yrs old male i have my gallbladder removed nov of 02 the only reason was my concern was bad gas and bloating in the stomach area. dr. sent for ct scan nothing much happend came back said the ct scan was alittle high. so they set up for gallbladder surgeory. now that its been removed i have to use the bathroom about 5-10min after i eat my first big meal of the day which is lunch. than this past september a year ago i started feeling discomfort on the upper left side of my rib bloated usually it starts after i eat lunch last most of the afternoon. now you can actually see the muscle or whatever it may be flutter or move on that left side i get so bloated discomfort its really uncomfortable make stomach grows 2inches i just want to know if you have any sugesstions, that could lay out there for i would like to get this fixed. drags the energy out of me also thanks" t"
