why for when i breath snot through my nose does the snot goe into my mouth? because its very disgusting and i want it to stop very bad because snot does not taste good at all.

Welcome to the gastroenterology community!  Your nose is connected to your mouth.  There is nothing that can be done to fix this besides blowing your nose enough so that there is less snot in your nose.

Well it sounds like you have some sinus problems. Have you tried using over the counter allergy medication or nose spray? If your sinuses are really bad, it may take a trip to the dcoctor to get prescription strength medication. Good luck.
