I am a 27 year old male and was diagnosed with diverticulitis about a week ago. I've been taking the antibiotics and I'm getting better I think but I seem to still be having problems. I wanted to know if this is normalNormal saline flush. 2 nights ago was probably one of the most painfulPainful menstrual periods nights I've had. And I have not had a solid bowel movement in a couple of weeks. Since I started the medication they have been not solid...seems almost powdery or fiberous (sorry for the detail haha)...but i'm getting nervous because I feel like I should be getting much better much faster. I was hoping someone could tell me if this all seems normalNormal saline flush and how long it takes to start getting back to normalNormal saline flush. Ya know another symptom I was having is that when I urinated I feel the pain on that left side...I feel because I'm using muscles in that area...never hurts in the back though. I'm definitely in less pain then I was a week ago but curious as to if the rest of this is normalNormal saline flush. Let me know what you think!!! Thanks!
