do you have to have gallbladder out for polyps

i have been diagnosed with tiny gallbladder polyps with no symtoms do i have to have it out

It may depend on the number of polyps, the size of the polyps and whether or not you're in a polyp may/could obstruct the opening to the cystic duct. If your doc has been watching the polyps and they're growing, then yes you probably should have the gallbladder removed. There is also a 'recommended' size range - if you're polyp(s) are above that size, your doc will recommend the gallbladder be removed.
