does constipation affect vagina

Dear sir/madam, I am a 23 year old female. I was having constipation occasionally.went to see doctor and he gave me the constipation medicine and the bullet to insert manually. After tht was ok. But after a month again had constipation, i tried to use force to pass motion and then when not able to used the bullet. After tht, was feeling uneasy near the area private part where i urinate.Even now, i am able to pass motion well, bt still uncomfortable near the urinary area and also near the pelvis area. When i walk or sit, seems to be different compared to the right side of the area near the joint of the calf and private part.Will constipation affect vagina or uterus?
