dr recommended domperidone unsure to take it

I have sever gastroparsis. I have lost over 35l-40lbs. I am 5'10'' and now weigh 100lbs. i have every test known to confirm. i kept getting dehydrated but refused to go to hospital until I collasped and ended up in heart failure, now I have a pacepaker to beat every beat in my heart. I have severe constipation the only way I can go is to use laxatives. I can barely eat. I have had botox injections that helped,but I still cant get myself to eat. I also have addisons disease and many other problems.the dr wants me to try domperidone i am worried what consequences may effect my heart. i am very weak. I have constant sever abdominal pain. I just want to get back to myself. Do you think the domperidome is worth the risk. I don't know how much more I can take. Its putting a toll on my family. I should be t my prime I am only 45yrs old. Any advice. th dr said if this medicine doesn't help we have to talk about some invasive surgery.
