dull pain right under and below rigth ribs

hi i am a 21 year old male for a while now i have had discomfort slightly below my ribs in my upper right abdomen doesnt really hurt but is more of a annoying dullness. my right rib also seems to pop out slightly right where the discomfort is coming from, almost feels like its being pushed a little bit. I sometimes have nausea but not always but the discomfort is almost always there idk if this is my liver gallbladder and help would be nice thankyou.

You should go to your doctor and get some blood tests run, especially a liver panel. It could be a few organs, but I'm thinking liver. If your blood tests don't show anything, you can always ask for an ultrasound. An enlarged/fatty liver can be due to a number of things, but most commonly Hep C, alcohol abuse and obesity.
