So for the moment I'm feeling better, and I've been ok for a few days now. I don't want to rush anything though.
I've been eating bananas and rice, as well as wheat bread. Coming up on the 6th, I was planning on going to the beach with some friends, and I want to be well for that trip.
What would be some good foods to help ease myself back into normal regularity, instead of only rice and bananas, that is?
