easy for now

So for the moment I'm feeling better, and I've been ok for a few days now. I don't want to rush anything though.

I've been eating bananas and rice, as well as wheat bread. Coming up on the 6th, I was planning on going to the beach with some friends, and I want to be well for that trip.

What would be some good foods to help ease myself back into normal regularity, instead of only rice and bananas, that is?

thank God you are feeling better, but what exactly were your symtomps?and how long have you been having the symtomps?What meds have you been using or better still what has worked well for you?

Glad you're feeling better - just my opinion?  Start introducing whatever you like or can tolerate - maybe stay away from the greasy/spicy fast food on your trip.  Are you taking any probiotics?  Those still help keep my gut "in check".  Good luck and enjoy your trip.
