To answer your questions:
1) There are mildly elevated liver enzymes with a negative hepatitis screen.  I would suggest an abdominal ultrasound as the next step.  The H Pylori IgG is also elevated - treatment for this with antibiotics should be considered as well.

2) If the hepatitis tests are negative, it is unlikely that it is present.  The hepatitis A antibodies are positive - suggesting that you may have been exposed to it in the past.

3) There are many causes - including fatty liver, alcohol or medications.  An ultrasound would be a reasonable next test.

4) Cannot say over the internet.  If liver cancer is a concern, the ultrasound or CT scan would be a reasonable first step.

5) The positive antibodies either means that you have been exposed to the virus or you have been vaccinated.

6) If the Hep B surface antibody is positive, that would be the best marked to see if you are immunized against it.

7) If you have been immunized against heptatitis A and B, it is unlikely to have effects on your children.

8) As above, I would recommend an ultrasound if not already done.

9) Hepatitis B is transmitted via body fluids and blood.  If this is a concern, you can have them tested.

10) Any medication, including supplements, can raise liver enzymes.

Followup with your personal physician is essential.
