enlarged liver and a ton of other symptoms

Hello,
I've recently been diagnosised with an enlarged liver. 20 cms infact, I've discovered through research a normal liver is 7-10 cms. so about  50% increase. i have been very ill for about 9 months now. It all started with right hip pain. A adbominal scope was finally done, only to discover my right ovary was full of endo, as well as the intestines being attched to the bladder and cervix. During this time i developed chronic diaharrea, lower and upper right abdominal pain, lower pack pain, chest pain and bladder pain. Recently the chronic diahreea has changed in nature. I now have bile and mucus in my movements, sometimes it is strictly bile and mucus and no stool, blood has also been occuring. All my blood work so far is fine.I've even been hospitialized for vomiting, pain and dehdryation. Normally I rarely drink, the odd glass of wine perhaps once a month, i actively train in martial arts, i do not or rarely consume junk food or sweet( diahbetes runs in my family so i take care) I eat a very healthy diet with the full range of nutrition. My sleep patterns have altered to being constantly exhausted, I can get up walk to hte kitchen and back to the living room and instantly fall asleep. I either sleep like the dead or don't sleep at all at nite due to pain and nausea. I've woken up vomiting. I am very limited as to what i can actually eat that doesn't make me extremely ill. Red meat is a huge no no. Chicken, rice, certain veggies, yogurt, banana's and walnuts is my entire limitation of foods that don't make me violently ill. Does anyone have any idea what is possibly going on? The doctors are currently testing for any disease related to the liver. In the last 9 mnths i have been through every gastrointestial test you can think of with no results. Please help. quickly running out of energy and patience. At a loss as what to do.
