Well, Denis, first of all, it is not your spleen that is having a problem here, unless a doctor has specifically told you that.  You see, your liver is what takes up nearly the whole upper right side of the abdomen, it tucks under the ribs, goes all the way over to the vertical center of the body, and goes down almost to the waist, it's sort of a rectangle shape, large side on far right.

Now, you had said you have a lot of pain on right side under ribcage, it feels like a bump is there, and you have trouble breathing when you lay on that side.  This tells me your liver is indeed enlarged, it's possible H. pylori infection is doing this, or hepatitus is swelling the liver, or could even be you have a cancer growth in it, mainly becuz of your reported weight loss, altho I should think it would have been visible on whatever scan they did for you.  So, with the liver being so large, and the liklihood it's clogged, unless you were in a car accident, it's not going to rupture if you fall down.

Look, you only have a couple weeks to go, and you'll be seeing a new gastro doc.  Give him a chance.  I sort of think the H. pylori may be doing this to you because of your need to pee all the time and your diarrhea; this suggests something wrong with the whole digestive tract, in particular a bacteria.  I'm really sorry you aren't getting ANY treatment when you have symptoms that not only need medicines for you, but also needs a diagnosis so you can get well from whatever is REALLY making you miserable.  But if at any point this thing makes you really sick, sick, sick, go on over to the emergency department at the hospital, or you could even go to a hospital in another town that's larger nearby if you want, and try to get some help.

Son, I do not know why the docs have not explained to you what might be going on!  Surely they gave you a tip!  I can tell you a swollen liver, particularly one that hurts when you lay down on it, could signal some rather serious problems, including liver diseases of varying kinds.  You should at least be referrred to a gastroenterologist so he can do an ultrasound and/or scan of your abdomen, to see what is going on in there.  If they won't, by golly you go to the hospital emergency room, tell them it hurts there, and they'll run you thru a scanner and a specialist will come and talk with you about doing some more testing.

Now, as for H. pylori, that is a difficult bacteria to get rid of in the guts, but there ARE indeed medicines that will kill it, and your doctors should have given you antibiotics specifically for that, tested your levels again, given you more powerful pills, and so forth, until you are cleared of it.

But while the H. pylori is important, it is the shape your liver is in that is the most important of all, and NO DOCTOR worth his salt should have sent you away and not done anything or said anything, and if you think this will keep happening, you go to the HOSPITAL and turn yourself in at the emergency room.  This is outrageous the way you're being treated.
