esophagus not functioning

..For over a year we have been trying to find a diagnosis for our daughter's deteriorating health. Her esophagus works properly on only one out of ten swallows, as measured by some sort of monometry. She vomits or reguritates most of what she eats and drinks. She has pain in her upper abdomen. Frequent nausea. Increasing fatigue. She has lost close to 50 lbs. She has had a laporoscopy ( looking for endometriosis), upper and lower G.I. with barium, colonoscopy, endoscopy and two stomach emptying tests. With the exception of the esophagus motility problems all other tests have had negative findings. The Gastroenterologist has said she has a connective tissue disease and referred her to a Rheumatologist who ruled out any auto-immune diseases other than Raynaud's, which he determined was of an idiopathic origin, not rheumatological. We are witts end still looking for a diagnosis and watching our daughter become more and more ill. Can anyone help us?  We would be most apreciative for a reply.
