esophagus

i have constant pain just below the breastbone in the middle.  i suffer from lupus.  i have had it for 8 years.  i have neuopathy in both feet.  hard to take a deep breath and breathe.  they say its from lupus but i don't think so.  i think my esophagus is damaged.  can it heal.

i have the same symptons had a EDR done and now have been diagnosed with Barrets esophagus with high grade dysplasia 1 step down from cancer now have to have surgery
tthe end of my esophagus that goes into my stomach is the area all years from acid reflux
