espohageal spasms?

Hi, I am currently and unemployed nurse as a result of having an unrelated foot surgery that has caused me to be temporarily disable.  I have had multiple GI problems in the past extensive diverticular disease which cause an emergent Hartmanns procedure and reversal in 2008. Ive been healthy since except for this....what appears to be relflux with severe "esphageal spasms" thas what it feels like.  inability at time to belch but the need too and when i do the feeling quickly returns. I down multiple tums and antiacids as well at h2 inhibitors.  whats next???????
