excessive burping w/ shortness of breath

it has been 3 weeks that i been suffering from excessive burping with shortness of breath, i also feel pain just below my left chestbone.. and i got a severe difficulty breathing when i get tired walking 1st floor to seventh floor in our school.. what are these symptoms??
