excreting blood in feces

I've had tinnitus two weeks ago and now for the past 3-4 days, I've been seeing a little bit of blood in my feces when I take my number 2. Sometimes, there is like a drop of blood at the end of my poop. Sometimes, I see it logged on the feces. I'm worried, is this an intestinal or a kidney problem?

The most common problem would be hemorrhoids.  They do occur internally and most people don't know they have them unless the affected vein protrudes.

Could be colon polyp. You should get a colonoscopy
