flatulence

i am 23 years old and i have a problem of flatulence from 2 years.my life has became miserable.i have quitted to go anywhere....gas causes sounds in my belly when it moves inside the intestines and makes me feel ashamed..please help me out with this problem

First all, you should get to a doctor and be checked out to determine why you are having so much gas.  You may have a dietary, digestive, or even ovarian cyst issue.  Besides that try drinking with a straw, eating slowly, drinking peppermint tea, and taking Ovol or GasX tablets.  Good luck!

I think you are okay as long as your body let it out. I know it is embarress. I beleive DR. OZ from Opera show said that we can fart 50 times a day. It's consider healthy. Unless the gas stays in your intestine and causing you unconfort. We eat, talk engulf air and some food likely to cause more gas than other. drinking with a straw and eating slowly sounds good idea.
