fluttering liver

fluttering liver

For a while now I have been getting a fluttering sensation under my rib cage (no pain) it just feels like a baby moving around , but it isn't, not unless its a immaculate conception! Iv'e had it on and off for months. I also have been examined twice for pain and an uncomfortableness in my right side, the feeling of a foriegn body, like a stone! Last week I had blood tests to check for a different health problem and an anti-body anti- mitochondrial was detected in my blood, its an anti-body associated with the liver. I gave up complaining to my doctor regarding the pain in my right side because they said they couldn't find what was wrong (they were looking for stones) the letter with my blood results says it may be liver inflammation, thats made me worry now because nothing has been done for months and I still feel very tired and uncomfortable in that area, and the fluttering is getting on my nerves. Should I be concerned about fluttering and inflammation! I am 44. There are not really any other worrying symtoms (symptoms) other than being loose accasionally.

have they check for gall bladder problems with ultrasound, CT, Hida scan?

You should follow up with a GI or Hepatologist (liver specilist) for the abnormal liver function tests. Make sure they do a hepatitis panal blood test
