My teen son has been diagnosed with EE and has many other symptoms as well. He has mouth ulcers, skin rashing, joint pain, heart racing, facial swelling, extreme fatigue, etc. We have been hunting a diagnosis for almost two years and all we have so far is EE.

K28, EE can cause all of the symptoms you're listing. It's basically an autoimmune problem that can be very severe. You need to be screened to find out what foods contribute to the cascade of symptoms and then stay away from those items. EE isn't a simple 'food allergy.' It's quite a bit worse.
