frothy sputum/choking problem

frothy sputum/choking problem

Every once in a while I eat something (e.g. meat, pasta, muffin) that gets blocked in my throat, it seems, between the 2 bones of my collar bones and for the next 10 minutes or so I have to excuse myself from the table and spit up frothy sputum, burping uncontrollably until the blockage suddenly passes.  Also, every time that I lie horizontally at night I burp out a lot of air. What is this problem that I have?  Secondly, in addition, in the past week I have developed a fluttering feeling in my heart.  It's exactly like the butterflies we sometimes get in our stomach, but in the upper left side of my chest, always in the same spot, every few seconds and with a deep breath.  Are these problems possibly related?  (Third ailment is pelvic area discomfort, but that's probably related to the past 2 c-sections.)  Do I have a "condition"?
