funny taste when burp

every time i burp it tastes like vomit , i wanna puke but i cant i feel like i"ll choke help!!!

Welcome to the gastroenterology community?  You probably have reflux.  Reflux can cause vomit to come up especially when you burp.  By feeling like you want to puke, do you mean you are nauseous?  Why do you feel like you'll choke?  I would recommend seeing a doctor to get evaluated for this.  Good luck.

Acid reflux causes stomach acid to back up into your throat, it not only tastes bad but it erodes your esophagus which can lead to Barretss Esophagus.  So you need to address this right away. Try some antacids until you can get in to see the doctor.  Take care!
